Don't boil eggs. Bake in a muffin tin, at 325, for 30 minutes, rinse in cold water. Much easier to peel. And you can go about doing other things and not have to worry about the water boiling over.

Tried this last night took the dinner Pizza out, set the oven down to 325, loaded up 3 eggs (test run). Just ate one a few minutes ago, I like them cold out of the fridge. Great!!! No change in taste, easy to peel.

Did you immerse each egg in water too? Or just bake them plain?

Just set them in a muffin pan, no water, you can use any thing oven-safe to put them in.
