Electric Car

Well, I’ve finally decided to buy a new all electric car. I thought that you would like to see the promo on it.

German Engineering at its best. This could solve our dependence on gas.

Good luck with the electric car! If you want a good deal on a used Tesla, go to Norway. (my wife is Norwegian, and we visit often) They have been very popular over there for some time now due to 0 import duty vs 100% duty on gas and diesel cars. Also they get free parking in the cities and no charge on toll roads.
Only hook is that the dealers are VERY reluctant to take them on trade-in after they are 5+ years old. Something to do with having to replace the battery packs because they are not holding much charge any more!
I live out of town and don't think we will see many up here other than in the cities for short drives. They are getting better, but not there yet for the long drives. Have fun!

Me thinks you should look at the video in the link I posted, and then be prepared to at least smile.

That would make a great family project. "C'mon kids let's change all the batteries in mom and dads cars."

Oh! That's more understandable. Think I'll go out and purchase some stock in batteries.
