Currently nobody is doing this although Tesla had a test station that did this set up for awhile (somewhere on i5 I think). I don't know if it would be worth it anymore. V3 Superchargers are pretty fast now. Sometimes too fast. Not even time to eat lunch anymore with the V3 superchargers. If we want a sit down lunch we put a destination in for an older V2 Supercharger so we can at least have a half hour to eat. Or use a Chademo adapter and just use a slower public network charger. We have never been at a V3 Supercharger for more than 20 minutes and quite often shorter.
The ranges are also getting longer so its actually reducing supercharger use. A 2021 Tesla model S has 653 km of range now, and I think the plaid plus has 830 km of range. That is over 500 miles. Those are pricey right now but that technology filters down pretty quick to the cheap models. I don't know if there will ever be a market for battery swapping.
Of course that is JMHO.
