Supposedly this short film is a true recording about a woman calling for help with the "On Star" system in her car..

True or not... it is hilariously funny.

It didn't take place with On Star ...if you listen closely and note the words said and the writing at the end, it is "BLONDE STAR".

A good blonde joke indeed.
