But in my opinion: Yes for CoachNet, No for Good Sam.

They all suck. You have to have and they know it.

Your post isn't very helpful for the OP. Maybe further information from you can help OP with his/her decision.

We used Good Sam ERS for our vehicle which dumped a security code. It was actually our son who was driving the vehicle at the time. The tow truck showed up in 30 minutes and took the vehicle to our garage. Haven't had to use ERS for our RV (knock on wood). I recognize that ERS doesn't have 35,000 tow truck drivers standing by around the country waiting for our call and it might take some time to get a service vehicle to our location, especially if I am in the middle of now where. I also accept that the contractor that they hire to help me might have a few calls ahead of mine and I might have to wait for the next available tow truck. I think if you asked 1000 people you would get 1000 different opinions. Not every request for service will meet your expectations no matter which company you choose. If GS were to let me down because of a "quality of service issue" I would drop them in a heart beat. I would even bet that some tow company's are contracted by GS and coach net. JMHO

Good Sam Roadside
I have had a flat fixed in Casper, Wy. Jump started dead battery in Beaumont, Tx. Wrecker in Lakeland, Fl. Could not ask for better, quicker service and very nice responders. Would not be without it.

I consider roadside asst. a must have, maybe even couple of different ones.I have good sam and have used them for tows of a class a few times over the years with excellant results.
Not many companys have a place where you can complain about service like GS does.
You also have to think about no of calls versus no of complaints. Not every call anywhere will be perfect. I would not be without it as one tow and it more than pays for itself if you are unlucky enough to need their help.

Coach-Net - covered truck when no towing. AAA only covered truck when it was attached.
It's a must!!!!
