This website below is from the State of Florida and if you have performed any money transaction(s) in or through Florida Banks you "may" have money turned over to the State of Florida, as I did, having changed my address.

So check your name as you may have money waiting for a short time longer by the State of Florida for you or a family member.

I'm not an expert but I found one for myself that went back 25-years ago.

I am not sure about all States but I know California offers this service. I collected 3 small amounts, the process was quite easy.
