Last week I ordered a Dyson Handheld Vac from these guys. Yesterday I had a call from their Customer Service Dep't. I was told that the order was canceled because the shipping address is for a RV Park and it's not valid. That's strange because we are in a Military Park.
So I told the Rep that we are full timers and that my credit card had been approved for the purchase. That made no difference. Their policy is no shipping to RV parks.
So, just a heads up. Don't waste your time with these clowns

Will they ship general delivery to the nearest post office? And did they give a reason why they do not ship to CGs?

All they said was that they had had bad experiences with shipping to RV parks so they discontinued doing that. They have some organization that they run the address thru to catch us.
I didn't even ask about general delivery. The Rep did say that you could have it shipped to a friend. After that, I just ended the conversation. My disgust level had hit max by then.
I did get an answer to my email. They said that it would be forwarded to the "management team" for further consideration. I have no faith in that remark.
