We picked them up in Ohio two years ago. It was a small infestation and bombing the RV twice took care of them.

I have news for the EPA; we've had stink bugs that look like that in Indiana since I was in grade school in the late 1940's. I haven't seen very many this century though. I wonder if they hitched a ride here on all the returning military equipment from the Pacific theater?

We've had some like that except they were a paler uniform color. Annoying things...I think they've all died out now, haven't seen any for a while.

A few years ago we planned to spend the month of October in Virginia. After two days at the campground, we packed up and moved to the Smokey Mountains! The whole area was totally infested with the stink bugs! They covered the outside of the MH and were getting in under the slideout seals! I've never seen anything like that! I spent days catching them, very delicately, and flushing them down the toilet! They kept showing up in the MH for weeks!

"I spent days catching them, very delicately, and flushing them down the toilet!"

You might have been sending them to their Happy Place!
They are called Stink Bugs, right?

Good point! Maybe that will keep them busy and out of my MH!

I thought you were flushing them into your black tank.
That would concern me - the stuff of Hollywood horror films!

Hopefully they would be happy down there until I could flush them into the CG sewage system!

They are pretty common here in Western NY. Just another creature to make life interesting.

They have gotten pretty common here in the NY Capital District. They too take a one way swim in the toilet. Thanks, China!!

Last week my wife found one swimming in her morning coffee

We also spent some time in VA when we were considering moving to the Roanoke area. One home we looked at was literally crawling with stink bugs. The 5er was, luckily, not particularly 'hit' though.

They’ve become common in west Michigan. I’d never seen them before a few years ago. We leave Michigan in the Fall for warmer climes and take them with us. We kill them for weeks afterward. We were in Malibu in late March, having left Michigan November 1st. Still occasionally killing a stink bug.
