Is it the 40D?

Isn't your present coach a DP? Who is your dealer? You have purchased from them before?

Thanks

There's also a new Discovery floorplan I like. I wanted a Disco when we bought the Bounder but didn't want to pay the the extra $$ for a DP, plus we didn't need a DP back then. The Disco is the only new coach I like right now - well, enough to put up with the fix-what-the-factory-didn't-build-right period & accept the depreciation factor.

@Tom - No it's the new 38W/theater seat option (not the LXE). General in MI has one. MHSRV has the same floorplan coming. Even though their internet listed price is nearly the same has G's, I got a quote from MHSRV for another $25k off. I really want to go see one because we won't buy an RV without seeing it in person. I learned from when we bought our S&B that a floorplan can appear great on paper, but may not be so in actuality.

Current coach is a gasser. 1st generation of the 5spd Ford that came out ( I think they're 6spd now). Working w/RCD. We bought the Bounder new from them in '06. They've treated us well, although they aren't the lowest for pricing.

@Glenn - Took us 12 years to get the Bounder the way we like it. It has upgrades only DP's have in them & that no Bounder of that era even had as options. Know where you're coming from. Plus it's paid for. Gonna be a bite to have a payment again.

Wishing all my Indiana friends a peaceful & blessed Thanksgiving!

We live in central Indiana and took off last weekend and went down to Chattanooga Tennessee in our motorhome. While we were that close, we had to stop in and check out Anchor Downs. Wow, what an amazing place!! We had the entire place to ourselves! Us, and the camphost were the only ones there! Anyone else ever had AD all to themselves? Love campin in the winter! It was very cool! Just wish we would have had more time! We made a quick trip through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Got to try some Moonshine :-) that was some pretty good stuff!! Also got to see the Stars cars museum. Sure would be nice to spend about a week in that area of the Smokie mountains!! Like Lori, we want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!! Just wondering, what is the big draw to this place? Other than being in the Smokies, there are other nice places around there also. We stayed at Honeysuckle Meadows last year and had this view. Sites were very well spaced and 15 minutes through the park to Gatlinburg. Just curious what we are missing. Click image for larger version

Indy Glenn, yes that picture was taken from site 20. If we ever go back, site 20 is the one we would like to get! It has a beautiful view of the lake! Actually, a lot of the sites have a beautiful view of the lake, lol. It's an amazing place!

That looks like a really nice place too! Anchor Downs has been talked about for a long time and we just wanted to stop in and check it out. We really like campin in the winter when we get to have the whole place to ourselves! It's a pretty cool feeling! Happy New Year!!

Hear about it alot but we have never been there. We will have to check it out. We thought we would be part of the few at Ft. Pickens campgroung for Thanksgiving but it was mostly full. At least the beach was empty! [emoji41][emoji16]

It depends on what you're looking for. AD has all FHU, paved/wide sites & a lot of them have stone fireplaces & nearly all have a beautiful view of the lake. It's close to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville & GSMNP. It's just a nice place to visit. That's why we went this past fall.

Who wouldn't enjoy a view like below from their site?
