It is spider time...

Today, walking out the garage mandoor, I noted a a couple silver dollar sized, clusters of spiderlings above the door. I knew in a day or two they would be start dropping, awaiting to be carried away in the wind. Although, I would have rather transplanted them to the garden, I knew to disturb them would have caused them to start falling like New Years streamers. So I unfurled a sticky roll of flypaper and rolled it across each cluster and into a sealed bag.. No more fear of a spider babies in my face.

I use to have a small broom right next to garage door.....upon opening door I would wave the broom about doing my best to imitate fencing moves....lunge, parry, beat

The above came about due to neighbor watching me do the 'spider dance' across the driveway one day.....arms flaying, shimmering, feet quick stepping.
Affective but bit embarrassing

A routine bug spraying inside the garage negated the spider dance or the fencing moves with the broom

Inside the garage is MY Space----outside is OK for the spiders and insects.

Its that time of the year. The rain comes out and they all seam to find a way into the house or onto the porch.
