Revised: A 1969 Dodge Travco. BobGed got it. The forward slanting window above his head gave it away.

Not an answer to your questions but some additional info on the pic:
This image is from the archives of LIFE magazine first appeared on July 11, 1969.
The picture was taken during a break from making the movie, The Undefeated.
FYI if you don't know, right click on a photo on the web and choose "Search google for this image". It will show you other places on the internet that that pic has been used and sometimes you can find other info you seek.

My Windows machine isn't configured to provide that option when I right click. It might not be a standard feature.

You can right-click and copy the image location to your clipboard.
Go to http://images.google/com and paste the image URL into the search bar and it will image search as well. Usually different resolutions and locations the similar image has been posted, with accompanying text.
