Lipstick in Catholic School (You have to love this principal)

I saw this on BCTV this morning and thought some of you would appreciate these kids.

The young lady that is the focus is in hospital and the doctors are in a quandary tryig to figure out her diagnosis and prognosis and the kids decided to do something to make her feel better.

At times we think the world ig going to hell in a hand basket but then ....

Very special kids at a very special school. We need more of this positive reinforcement. Thanks for sharing.

Ditto on thanks for sharing that. Very uplifting to see that many people going to that much trouble for someone else. I'm sure Alexis' smiles were worth all the effort.

And, congratulations to the school for allowing the kids to disrupt the day to make this. I guarantee that most principals wouldn't have allowed this to happen. And therin lies the problem. Heaven forbid that someone would be allowed to feel special, even for only 8 minutes.

I salute each and everyone of you for what you did. I hope they can come up with what is going on with this young lady. How lucky is she to have such awesome caring friends.

It's so refreshing to see and hear those beautiful, caring young people creating such an uplifting video for their hospitalized classmate.

Their unselfish actions bring a brighter glimmer of hope for the future of this old world.

Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for posting this! Sometimes we see so much negative information that this reminds us that there is lots of good out there that just does not get out.

With all the stuff you hear about bullying and such in schools, isn't that an inspiration. Pretty awesome to see a school full of kids work together to send a message to that girl. Well done!! Thanks for sharing that.

That school is just a bit down highway one from you. I too was impressed with what they managed to pull off.

Not only a great gift for Alexis, but those kids probably learned more about project planning, scheduling, and execution than they would have in a semester of study. Thanks for sharing.
