A good lawyer?

Do you have ANY concept of what litigation costs? I would think that most lawyers would want a $10,000 - $15,000 retainer to start. Then expect to get a bill for another $10,000 - $20,000 within 60-90 days.

Sorry for your troubles, but.....I really think you’d be money ahead if you fixed it, sold it, and moved on. Thor’s attorneys could string you out for years.
