Do you have ANY concept of what litigation costs? I would think that most lawyers would want a $10,000 - $15,000 retainer to start. Then expect to get a bill for another $10,000 - $20,000 within 60-90 days.

Sorry for your troubles, but.....I really think you’d be money ahead if you fixed it, sold it, and moved on. Thor’s attorneys could string you out for years.

Seen enough and had enough with Keystone. Does or has anyone used a good lawyer to go after them to get the warranty work done or to recoup the money lost paying for something you can't use? Or BOTH??
