Front approach keeps the drive wheels high and dry.

However, not for me at all.

I think the guy needed a witness for his upcoming insurance claim.

Jack just forgot to install the plug in his RV
He was not trying to put it out to sea.
Jack's demonstration of it's ability to launch a boat
Bore out the fact that it would not float!

So all wet and soggy, they did bail
After Jack's RV failed to sail.
With laughter, the bystanders unmercifully teased
Jack knew his insurance agent would not be pleased.

So waiting for the wrecker and it's big hook
Jack thought of evasive action he could have took.
And of all the lost monies had his RV sold
At least the beer inside would still be cold.

So if asked "will this thing launch my boat"?
Just say "YES, and it will also tote"!
Jack's decision made him look not too sharp
And now his RV smells of carp.

You can launch from the front.. Even from an RV. But this guy says the wheels 'hit some silt', so RV or not, he was going in..was prolly a pretty steep ramp too.

I thought insurance didnt pay for your stupidity like this? I know they wont if you go through ice..

July 4, boat ramp (anywhere USA), lounge chair, 6 pack, life doesn't get anymore entertaining and then when the sun goes down, fireworks over the lake.
If you bring your video camera you just might win Funniest Home Video &/or get a subpoena to divorce court.

Years ago I operated a tow truck.....more than once I went to the boat launch ramp at the end of Shelter Island and recovered vehicles from the bay for the Harbor Police.

Thanks for posting the article. I felt I was having a bad day this afternoon until I read your post. It's been raining buckets today. This made me laugh.
