That's pretty cool. It's a shame I don't have a TV and literally can't watch it. Anybody got the Cliff notes?

That makes it 5AM for us...So I hope it gets repeated. We don't have the ability to tape programs.

Thanks for the update! Seems cool!
Looks like it'll be available on iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon too for those of us without cable albeit there's a smallish cost.

New TV series, "The RV'ers"
Much of the first episode was taped at a rally I attended back in the spring. Met some of the principals involved. IIRC most of the rv,ers featured are also regulars on YouTube. Hopefully this show won,t follow the faux reality model of other shows of the genre.
I’m not a fan of “reality” shows in general so I’ll wait for the clips to show up on YouTube or Facebook.
I did score a hat from one of the producers,

Most rv programs on tv are geared for beginners....that's fine but I hope there's something for experienced folks as well.

Taped the show and played it back Sun afternoon.
We've been rving since 1973 up until last month when we sold our DP (withdrawals are terrible - LOL). Began with a small TT, then bigger TT, Class A gasser, bigger TT, bigger Class A gasser, biggest TT then our DP. We've covered 46 of the lower 48 in our RV and loved every minute of it. YET, as I watched the program, which I thought was very well done and informative. I thought part 1 of learning to drive a big rig was very educational even for those of us that have driven them and I was introduced to RVillage, which I had never heard of. Members of Escapees, Good Sam, Passport America and have been a member of Camp Coast to Coast and RPI in the past - still can't figure out why we haven't heard of the village before but it sounds like a great organization that promotes RVers social activities.
Yes there were commercials but nothing more than a normal TV program and lot more informative as I made a couple of notes on businesses I want to check into for myself even though we are off the road.
Every episode will be different and will not speak to everyone but I'm looking forward to it, and the next one too.
The only heartache I have - well there's 2: First, I'm not on the road applying what I learn or participating in the social aspects and Second, even more people will want to begin rving which could dramatically impact the available campground spots - but then again, maybe that would mean new CGs are built.
Drive safe and enjoy the life one day at a time - Richard
