No Motor Home this weekend...

Well, the service department at the dealer that I bought my motor home from did not follow through on any of their commitments. I called three weeks early to get an appointment, 10 days in advance of our planned trip, and as of this morning at 8:30 AM PDT the service manager had just begun work on my coach.

If these guys at the service department worked as hard on the coaches as they worked coming up with excuses, they would have no backlog and a lot of satisfied customers.

Be sure to post your review at RV Service Reviews

I use this website on the road to find reliable service, it has never let me down. I also make it a point to let the service center know how I found them and that their good work is paying off in new business.

I don't know how far you are from this dealer or how much time you have but if it was me ,I'd be there everyday " supervising". I find that most of these facilities work on what they have to ( pressure from owners ) first.

I will not "leave" my RV for work unless they promise to start work that day-I stay there so see if its done. Many times there ask me to just leave it,they will get to it-your seeing what that does.Either start today or I'll go else where or come back.
