OK, 'fess up!

How many will admit that their Christmas tree is still up? Ours is still up, with all the ornaments still in place! (and I get reminded of it every day!)

No sense getting in a hurry. Christmas will be here before you know it!

Trees are long gone. However, my wife takes care of decorations for our Church. The trees are gone, but I think she is pulling the last poinsettias out today.

No tree inside anymore, but the lights are still up outside the house.
Coming down soon, don't want to be considered a "yearounder"....

The tree and outside lights are down, but the inside Christmas Village that we display each year takes ~12 hours to set up and ~6 hours to take down - so it's still up and running. Now that Christmas is past is just a winter village.

On a side note - thank you Joe for using the apostrophe in front of 'fess' to indicate that it is a contraction of the word 'confess', and not a word unto itself.

HA! Reminds me of one year when I was a teenage bachelor, dragging a dried out tree out of my apartment in the cover of darkness, in May !

Hadn't been up all that time, just stuffed into a storage room !

I put a leg lamp in the window and a Grinch doll on the Davenport. Takes about ten minutes to put out and ten minutes to pack it. Both only displayed between the day after Thanksgiving and New Years Day.

Never put up a tree this year as we were moving the RV a week before Christmas.

Christmas decorations are stored away. Don’t want to be one of those people talk about.

Ha! tree up two weeks before Christmas ,down week after New Years. Tree coming in was easy, tie bundled , going out was not that easy, cut all the branches off the trunk and out it went. God willing I'm ready for next year.

Ditto, up the Sat before for Tree and Decs, outside lights lit week prior to that and then tree, decs and outside lights were all down and stored on 1st Jan. Just like to start the New Year off with a totally clean slate and back to business so to speak.

We personally find the 12 days of Christmas has become months on end for many over the past couple decades, and as a child growing up parents and grandparents were astute at honouring just those 12 days. Never ever have we allowed any Christmas stuff to remain in place or up past midnight on the 12th night (6th Jan). However, to each absolutely their own
