awesome for all you guys building a garage, I envy you. I almost bought a home here in Florida with a nice MH garage but someone was a day ahead of me.

I sure am. Waiting on quotes with the steel beams and columns.
Hope it comes in on budget or I'll be waiting until next to complete, at 53 I don't want to borrow money for the project.
Waiting would mean either heading south to TX for the winter like last year or one more year of winterizing and covering.

I like the water and sewer under the manhole cover. Is the power in there too?

Yes, set a new 200 Amp service panel for the garage with 50 amp disconnect for the MH.

Keep the MH 'outside' until it's finished. Keeps you from "buildingaboatinthebasement" syndrome if the door isn't tall enough.
