Outside Chairs
What type of outside chairs does everyone use when just relaxing under your awning. We have tried two (2) different types and just don't like either very well. We tried bag chairs and Bass Pro heavy folding chairs, not very comfortable. We noticed a few couples at our last CG using what looked like folding aluminum directors chairs. I would like something that is comfortable, light, and folds for easy storage. Please give me your opinions..

We have the zero gravity chairs, that were purchased from Sam’s Club some time ago. These can be locked in any position with a adjustable head rest and we love them. I have carried them in the basement storage compartment in our last two 5er’s. Camping World sells something similar to the chairs we have, here is a link to what they look like.

The folding director chairs with a side table seem to be the popular choice these days that I see.
Have fun.

Folding director's chair with "rungs" across the bottom, not just four feet, less sinking in the grass

I bought the Alps camping chair a few years ago and like it much better than any of the other folding chairs I've tried. Very well made too.

We have 2 zero gravity chairs. But they take up so much room in the cargo bays i don't even take them with us anymore. I use folding director chairs now.

We too had a hard time finding comfortable chairs, partly because we wanted rockers. We bought two of these and are very satisfied with them!
One caution though! They are definitely not for large folks!
These are padded, which our old bones needed!

That's what I have in addition to a couple "bag" chairs and two folding plastic chairs that the late DW liked. Oh, plus the two CC monogramed chairs that came with the rig.

We use two zero gravity chairs and love them. They are too big to fit in our small storage bays so they ride in the coach with us when traveling then stay outside when camped.

We have two rockers similar to yours that we purchased from Camping World, they are a large size and a tight fit in storage.

I bought two of the zero gravity lounge chairs from Camping World and used them one time. Two heavy and also take a lot of room to haul them. Ended up giving them to my son. I bought two folding alum chairs from Walmarks, they are padded and we like them the most.

The regular height director chairs are on sale at Harbor Freight for $19.99 right now.
Sturdy enough for my 240#(I am the right weight--it is just my height is so far off ) and have lasted us almost five years now
