During the visit to the RV show at Hershey, I notice several TT units with outside speakers and a couple with outside stereos that were consealed by a lockable access panel. Does anyone here know where I could purchase these? I would rather do an install that looks factory then buy something off of Wal-Marts shelf. There has to be a RV parts supplier on the net with a catalog. I would appreciate any info regarding a supplier or ideas.

These units might just be an option and may be purchased directly from the RV manufacturer. Maybe the local dealer has info.
oh, remember you next door neighbors and keep the volume down < >

Thanks Lorna. Those web links have just what I'm looking for. Will do on the volume Don. It's bad enough I'm watching my TV outside. Each hour closer to quiet time I have too lower the volume down another notch, to keep from getting the long stares from the neighbors.

here's an idea, go with this this
to house the stereo unit. Pickup a unit that has a detachable face or if they still make them, full removable unit for security. That way the only thing left on the exterior is the non-functioning unit. Pickup a set of their marine speakers and mount them to the exterior.

Or if you really like your tunes, you can go with this- just a small one- 2000 watts. But be rest assured, we ONLY use it in the middle of the desert!

Why not just get some exterior speakers and wire them to your interior system, save a few bucks and accomplish the same thing.

When I spec'ed out my new trailer, one of the things I asked about was to run a jack to an outside cabinet where I could then plug in a set of computer speakers. then I could control the volume from outside. Would have cost too much. I settled for an XM Radio "boom-box"

Off topic but how do you like the 1835 Wing, I had a 95 (1520) for 10 years, loved it but didn't have anywhere to keep it when we started full timing. Stay safe and keep it up-right.

I like it ok. Rides nice and is comfy. Took a little getting used to switching from an H-D. The handling is toally dfferent. But I'll be in a similar situation in about 18 months. We'll go full timing and nowhere to keep the bike.
