Many park model RVs come with, or are later fitted with "basement" air conditioners. They most often are built without holding tanks, as they get plumbed in to park services. Most of them have actual flush toilets and full size appliances. They aren't made to be moved around once they're set up on a site, and most of them require at least a 2 ton (Ford F550, GM 5500, etc.) truck to move them. Many of the newer park models even have pitched roofs and asphalt or composition roof shingles, along with vinyl siding. The main difference between a park model RV and a single wide mobile home is that RVs are usually limited to 400 square feet of floor space.
A roof air conditioner used to be pretty standard, but has since become more of a leak waiting to happen.
