Dumb and Dumber! The guy on the motorcycle is lucky to have escaped a most likely fatal crash, but the real victim was just an innocent person in the wrong place when 2 idiots acted out like spoiled brats. I hope the CHP was able to locate the motorcyclist and charge him with something criminal.

Being an Ex MC rider myself for many years and traveling the country, i do certainly understand some of the frustration. I have had close calls myself with people talking on their cell phones while changing lanes and almost killing me more times than i can count. You really do need to be defensive and always act like the driver cant see you, because many times they are not even looking for bikes at all.

But even when i was the maddest and felt like it, i would have never acted on my anger. It just makes a dangerous matter more dangerous. I find it hard to believe that biker actually kicked the car, i have never seen anyone dumb enough to do that before. I guess he forgot he has nothing to protect him but what he is wearing and that aint much when it comes in contact with asphault or concrete pavement. He obviously thought he could win that battle but he would have lost in short order if he was not one of the luckiest people i have seen in a long time.

At least we know he wasnt armed, he would not have been kicking the car if so.

That biker should have his head examined,he's missing something. I have ridden for many years and have over 300000 miles in the saddle an never even thought of doing something so stupid as that. Almost 100% of the time you will lose. Also it is a crime to get into a road rage situation and cause injury to someone. No matter who is at fault don't do it. I hope he is caught for leaving the seen of an accident. Nice thing about a motorcycle is that most times you can get away from bad situations by speeding up or slowing down and leaving the highway an diffuse the problem.
