Just wondered how many of you are CPAP users.

Yes - I use mine 5-6 days a week. I have a unit that will operate off a 12v accessory port so I continue to use it regularly when on the road, regardless of whether we have hook-ups or not.

DW and I both use them. No more chronic fatigue, afternoon naps and definitely no My Pillow!

SHE does...every night
Has done so for past 3 yrs.

Lungs haven't 'improved' but they haven't deteriorated any worse
SHE has very low 02 readings, very low capacity but W/O the CPAP she would be able to sleep thru the night

SHE has Asthma, COPD ----smoked cigarettes for 2 many years before quitting in 2009
I smoked for lot more years then HER and didn't quit until 2014
My lungs are Great

Go figure!

My Pillow...............No WAY!

For about 6-7 years now. Seems to help.
Sure wish the masks were cheaper or at least made better so they would last longer.

Yes, for 25 years

I use it every night, can`t sleep without it.. I have Agent Orange, the Va says my COPD is from smoking. I say BS, I quit in 1972 almost 49 years ago. So there you have it. Jim75

Me too! It's very nice to have in the camper. I snore like a beast without mine.

I use a cpap every night. My numbers have gone down. With this improvement i can have a lower settting. I wouldn't be able to fall asleep without this. It is on my packing list.

My numbers have improved greatly with nightly use also. Both our CPAPs and a fan in the bedroom in the summer run all night using a half volt off the batteries through the inverter while dry camping.
I have been hypoxic for a few years which the CPAP didn't improve but losing 50 pounds on a KETO diet raised my oxygen saturation levels by ~5%. It surprised both my quack and me.
No more chronic fatigue from sleep apnea and no more hypoxia. I feel much better than I have in years.[emoji122][emoji106]

You might want to try the "pillow" type mask. It's very small, super soft, fits under your nose, with soft cones that fit into your nostrils. I rarely have to replace mine!

Yep, every night and I sleep well. I get all my supplies from the VA. DW was tested and determined she doesn’t need to use a CPAP.
