Proof in the pudding: Just yesterday my wife and I were going to get a fast food lunch. Love Sonic BUT their ads are so stupid, we went somewhere else.
The purpose of advertising is to get you to remember the ad and then buy the product.
I remember the ad, but if it is stupid, I do NOT buy the product, even if I like it!
