Proud Navy Dad!

My youngest graduated from Navy Boot Camp on Friday, trying to post a pic here, not having much luck. I think I got it into my profile albums?

Alright Ken!! I have a nephew that will graduate from the Naval Academy at Annapolis in a few more months. He is trying to figure out if he wants to be a lifer after his commitment is up. Right now he wants to get married and does not see the Navy in his future. I am hoping we can change his mind about the Navy - marriage will be OK.

Congrats, and God Bless him! Our son enlisted about 6 years ago, and just re-upped for another 4. Right now he's stationed in Riverside, Ca working for the Armed Forces Network...

Congratulations. Only 1 out of 5 young people are accepted for military duty now.

Good Luck,
Jon

Thanks all!

He'll be staying in Great Lakes for A-school as an OS. Not sure where he'll be going after that.

He was a "diamond in the rough" and the Navy did a great job of polishing him up!
