Have a great flight and even better cruise home Les. Sure looking forward to seeing the coach. Assuming you have finally learned how to hold on to one for more than a few months.

Be safe brother mutant. Be safe.

As for next year... We will do our best to attend, no matter where, no matter when....
When - May and early June are always hard for us, but can try..... I like to do summer, like Barb, spring pollen gets me... But that is when school is out..... But that might not be so bad.

Where - i have no real suggestions, when on the move, we boondock, or stay at military facilities, i suggested Branson because there are so many things to do, but I have never rv'd there, just hoteled. Think Wayne mentioned a site. But there is Silver Dollar City, shows, zip lines, fishing, dinner cruises, further north in Missouri is Lake of the Ozarks. Another pkace we have stopped in was Rend Lake in so Illinois.

I was just thinking central location.....

but i have loved every area we have seen..... I like desert, mountains, forest, plains....each place I see becomes a new favorite... And with all of you. Well nuff said. Smile

I too will volunteer to be on any organization committee. And I will help cook..... All of the food was so good. I will be sending my recipes to Steve and hope you all will too......

But I am ready to get a plan....

Diane is holding my iPad using iRV2 mobile app........ So excuse the finger slides, please...

So many wonderful posts have been made the past few days. I have have read them one and all. Barb, Marty, Steve, Sue, Tim, Dave - all of you who have expressed your feelings and shared your memories of the GC @ CL have summed it up beautifully.

We all came to the GC from different places, locations, walks and talks of life with our unique expectations for the weeks events. I think we all had high hopes for a Grande Time - but I was simply astounded. You attendees just kept on showing your colors and the friendships kept growing day after day. Annie, Nola, Dave and I were just amazed!

Thanks to all who attended - and a special thanks to those who did not. Your continued support and following of the rainbow assures a bigger, better Second Ever GC @ an undisclosed location next year and mucho Mini-C's to come. Tip o' the hat to all.

Time for slides in and jacks up. Gotta run (metaphorically of course.)

Les... you said 2 more sleeps until you get your Beaver... I doubt there will be much sleep going on... I'd be too excited to sleep! just for this grand curiosity alone I was so rev'd up and excited with thoughts blasting through my head the night before we were to leave i could hardly sleep without a pad and pencil nearby to write out all those 'don't forget' things dashing through my mind.... I'm sure you'll have even more as it seems this might be your 'I have finally come home to, permanent' RV.

There are 1- and 2-crystal versions, solar-powered so the crystals turn. Voila! A moving rainbow show!

Cheers!

That's just sick, just sick. Just as bad as Earlene naming the crab "Wayne." Groan is right.

That was cute Sue.

We have been to Branson 4 times and we always stayed at Stagecoach RV Park. A Passport America park when we stayed and may still be. However, they did not have a "rally" hall, at the time, which is something we would need. There are several other RV Parks around the area that may fit our needs.

Personally I prefer rally halls to pavilions. Think winds, blowing rain, and insufficient lighting for great pictures. Rally "halls" provide the shelter and the lighting.

As for locations. Plan it, they will come. Maybe not the entire same group of people but many of those and some others that are closer to that location. As for us, it all depends. One year we go Easterly, the next Westerly and there is always the possibility to travel out-of-the-way to see all you fine STM's.

Where ever it is, it will be fun.
