Ohhhh .. I do so love a good mystery part identification challenge. How about a hint? Is this a part that was removed and not replaced ... sort of like an appendix? Did it attach to the steering column under the dash?

That is indeed a mystery part. It appears to have a hose clap incorporated into a body that bolts to something. Not something I have seen before. Given a hose clamp is a cheap/weak link I can't imagine.....

Hmmmm. That appears to be the obsolete Model 3450-31x Flux Capacitor and Cloaking Device. Of course, I could be wrong and quite often, I am.

Unsolicited RVing Tip o' The Day: When finding your RV weight not balanced, simply buy more random "necessities" to stuff in the lighter-side compartments. (I invented this solution myself. You're welcome. )

Thanks Herb, nothing like being dumb and uninformed, reaching out for information and not only be belittled but still in the dark. This mutant business really is like a family. Huh

I'll get good advice from earlier posts when I get around to them I know. However any new pointers will be welcome. Heading up the rainbow. Hi, Young'uns! It's good to hear from you again. It's been a long difficult spring for you, hasn't it? I'm so sorry, but glad the furkids are all better.
If you need mutant company before you leave, #36 (moi) & DH are in Champaign County -- halfway up the state near the IN border. We'd enjoy meeting you, hither, yon or somewhere in between, thereby providing you your First Ever Mini-Curiosity. Now there's a send-off for ya!
PM me if you're interested.
Cheers!
Sue

I think Sarah was right. Flux capacitor. It just needs a little side tone grease to get it going again.

It's OK Tim, I'll help you out. If you can get internet connection and a devise to attach it to, try here. Stone Mountain Park - Atlanta Camping
Just outside of Hotlanta, GA.
Welcome Damon Diva.
Mystery part looks to be an electrical device connector for the Flux capacitor and the strap clamp may have been how it was attached to the newer Mr Fusion module recently replaced by a wireless wired adapter. No copper pipe, so it isn't a part to the still.

You would be surprised what you can do with Walmart pillows.
Wayne's quote was suppose to be with this post.

Definitely a high amperage solenoid. Could it be the chassis/coach battery connector solenoid ?
