If you didn't see the thread Les posted with this song, be sure to share with Rocky. He will enjoy it. Other mutants may as well.

Sparky sings the chorus over and over at full yell.

Low traffic on the RVM highway tells me the mutants have been successful in making the most of the 4th of July!! The sounds of fireworks are just beginning here.

Be safe and happy in your journeys.

Ya know, I'm just not enjoying the idiots who think the whole world (or least all in our neighborhood) wants to hear their M80's or extremely loud fireworks until 2 or 3 AM. We have a little dog who is stressed by thunder and loud noises. So the fireworks were really irritating last night. I can do with out them, and I won't miss them. Is that a mutant thing? Or simply a grouchy old person trait? ACH! don't answer that!
Our celebration yesterday involved a party for our Granddaughter who turned just 2 years old a few days ago. I dunno what y'all did yesterday. It is something to ponder I suppose. Today we are getting ready to spend a few days camping beginning tomorrow.
We have a new as yet uninstalled oxygenics shower head. Maybe I will talk DH into putting that in, and we can try it out.

You'll love the Oxygenics. We got one last winter when we found the volunteer campground was lucky to get 25 psi water pressure. With a regular shower head I had to run around to get wet. The Oxygenics gave a great shower, and must be saving water too.

Wanna-bee mutant mascot Sadie barked her head off, came in and cooled off on the tile floor, then went back out. Yap-yap-yap. Funny, she doesn't bark at the dune fireworks.

Judy - X2 on the shower. Very nice. I still enjoy watching fireworks but won't go sit in a big outdoor crowd to see them. And definitely don't appreciate them at 2 or 3 am.

Enjoy the journey and report back with any mutant worthy sites, sounds and ponders.

58 for me. I got caught in an IBM "resource action" which basically meant they pink slipped me early, but paid me a bunch of money to go quietly.
