Our planning has begun! H23 if my sign makes it, you can't miss us!

We are in H37. We will get there on Friday, staying 10 days. If I didn't get Mary to the beach this summer, this would be a very short marriage!

Seriously, it is cool but this is some gorgeous country up here. The pasty rules the day and fudge is second to none. Lake Superior's coast is magnificent and the crossing of the Mackinac bridge was pretty impressive. Today will be the chilliest but by Saturday it will be sunny and mid 70s.

Oh yeah!
I think everyone should go be a Yooper for a while! Fun and fine weather, good eats!

Yeah! Right! Just take a 48 hour vacation from posting.....never mind, Barb would not be able to put up with you. By the way, you just think she listens to you.

Hi Herb,

Nahhhh we didn't unpack the longjohns its not that cold ... cool yes .... but not cold. I'll just break out one Whisky one Scotch one Beer, that will warm the cockles of your heart. Last Saturday night we went to the Foreigner concert and we are strongly considering an upcoming ZZ Top concert as well. I couldn't hardly afford to see them as a kid,: but now that I'm retired the world is my oyster just waiting to be opened.

Let's not forget Timarti in Ontario, I bet she's still wearing shorts. Remember cold is a state of mind unless your lips turn blue.

Cheers !!!!

Well, there's Newfoundland, always a half hour ahead of the rest of us, lol. and just about another planet. The Newfie jokes are legion, but all told with love...them's family after all, just like those left coasters in BC. You know who you are. Then there's the rest of us in the middle.
