What horrifying pictures! It's hard to imagine being inside a rig and not taking more secure shelter, so I assume the CG mgt. got out a warning and a roundup call. One of the messages says that there are children missing. So sorry for all the affected families!

I second that! Annie and I have been playing telephone tag for days. I'm "it" at the moment but I just stopped in to see what's going on. I have to back at the hospital in 3 minutes. Steve, tell Annie I'll call her about 7pm CDT. Bye y'all. Behave boys!

I can find the keys! In fact I left em in the ignition just in case I had too many Creamsicles and couldn't find them. Lol

Sue it's 75 degrees here on the beach with soft ocean breezes so yeah it's tough to leave it.

This would make a great spot for a GC but no Pavillion . There were four rented motor homes all next to each other and the families were really enjoying themselves. Pavillion....who needs one on the beach?

Raw and steamed clams- one thing ya can't get here is good clams on half shell. The oysters here are as good as any. But no raw clams.... 😕

Herb,
We have made the trip from San Diego to Whidbey Island, WA and the temperatures were 65-75 degrees, except S Fran, it got a little chilly but just light jacket wear. Loved the climate. Going to do it again next year, hopefully.

Wayne I remember you told me that and we are working our way North as well as soon as the ball tourney is over. I had to laugh when the weatherman talked about their sweltering heat inland cause it is 91 and 45% humidity in El Cajon. I guess they don't know what summer is like in Texas.
