We don't have a fireplace in Bonita Bounder. Wonder how hard it would be to add one?

Dwayne,

You didn't think we'd hold a GC without first checking your availability, did ya? Without you and Shara at the First Ever Grande Curiosity we would have fallen apart at the seams, had no refrigeration, and .... what where ya thinkin'?

We are on the Rainbow! We have been out every weekend since April 1, with as many long weekends as possible.

We won't be out next weekend, as Serenity is going in for a new microwave, replaced under warranty. Then we're packing for the rally.

I am also having problems with my city water fitting, but may replace that myself. The dealer wants $65 in labor to replace a $5 fitting. Any recommendations, Muteys? I could buy the part and replace it at the rally if someone could guide me. There are three screws holding it in, but I don't know what is behind that.

The journey continues...
Ours had a clear plastic type hose behind it leading into the MOHO... we had ours replaced at the GC@CL and all it cost us was the part and and our own time... and with the instructive help of Teffy we did it. I am sure Huntnski can help ya... wait till ya get there and do it! You'll get more help than you need.

Yeppers! You'll need to tell me how much they will cost individually, and where they should send the funds too... your Box in SD?

Will do... that will be a big help. We now have 22 - will have 24 more and you will have 24. That's practically a whole mutantdom.

One could already be there. Do you have a Norcold Refrigerator?

Steve we can add a fake one fairly easy. you can buy one at big lots for around $200 it's electric and looks like flames and puts out heat.

We had a "Fireplace" that came with our unit. Here's the interesting bit...

Darn things put out a LOT of heat! Now, mind you we were not in -20º weather last winter but it WAS in the 20s- high teens and we ran our "fireplace" with the thermostat set for 85º and a fan blowing the heat back towards the bedroom.

Had the furnace set for 70º and guess what? Never came on

Someday soon the RV park folks are gonna catch on that we can heat our units just like we can cool our units off their dime and not use a drop of propane in the process
