Right, so hugs to all who need 'em!

Still goin good, PapawSteve? Continued ommmms!

More Ommmms for Gunny, poor guy. He's going through a lot these days, and it isn't easy for either him or his family. All the best!

And then, the happy new (again) grandparents ... happy dancin when not holding that precious little bundle of baby boy. Cheers!

Had a fun time meeting Mike and Harriet #43, our former trawler riders. They make great rainbow riders! As Steve said, it's unusual to have a mini-c w/o food, but time was an issue. Even in retirement, we get scheduled up! Another time we'll make up for this lapse. Moe and Bama Belle are delightful. Thanks for your hospitality!

Cheers all!

Is it my imagination or is Steve missing? I've read several pages now and no post by Steve. Do we need to launch a search or just go on about our lives.

Retirement must have done him in, hello Steve!

Annie, give him his phone back, he'll be nice.

Mornin mutants

Vision in left eye a little blurry. Will improve over next 6 - 8 weeks per the Dr.. Left eye vision is dominated by the gas bubble. The laser procedure repositioned it a little and it's annoyingly more visible in my field of vision. I am consciously trying not to whine over minor inconveniences. I CAN SEE.

Thanx for your prayers, ohms, thoughts, and electronic hugs.

Papa Steve this is one way we are made to slow down. Set back, take it easy, and heal.
Maybe you should get a small bell that you can tingle when you need something.
( hint, use a small bell, cause after a few rings you may have to eat it! Lol)

Truly prayers answered, you can see!

I thought Steve already had small bells on his tutu. Just a little dance and the bells, the bells, the bells are a jingling.

Morning Steve, have you been unusually quite or using my phone with its superior adjustments just weeded out your post?

Actually I see so poorly using the phone it's hard for me to keep up.

Busy times on our part of the rainbow Tim. Getting the lay of the land, trying to get settled in.

We have been grocery / etc shopping at Super Walmart, had prime rib from Texas Roadhouse, and seafood and the Red Lobster. We were on the hunt for a picnic table at Home Depot and found one at Lowe's. Seems places down here don't have picnic tables... so an 6' pine picnic table will be assembled and delivered Sunday morning.

Today Betty comes off the car - scooter comes out - rug goes down - grill comes out - Christmas decorating begins - and lots more. As has been said many times - retirement is hard work and ya never know when you're done...

Keep them checks coming my way. Lol.

Steve, shouldn't your "Location" over there on the left read "Rainbow Riding" or some such?

Hey Tim,

We will definitely try to make that happen. I wish we could make CL but my daughter would never forgive me.

The rainbow in raining today but it should dissipate by noon, I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for that. But, the beauty of that is its not snow !!!

Cheers !!!

You're right! Will have to get the laptop out to do that methinks... know where it is - know where it will go - but won't be for a day or two. I did manage to update our location on the village which Barb and a few others have yet to do... hmmm... lol.

I saw maple bacon flavor cake icing at Walmart this morning. Betty Crocker makes it and it comes with real crumbled bacon to sprinkle on top.
