Two groups on Rvillage that both have blogs with boondocking suggestions, in AZ as well as others, they also do the lighthouses in OR in summer. Will find and send to you.. Began following one couple when we were in OR, other couple are RVillage developers....

If you look on maps by the Imperial Dam, you will see plenty of sites on both sides
Of the river. There are no inspection stations to worry about. If you have the Allstays app, it actually pinpoint the locations.

Check out the Rubber Tramp Rendezvous for boondocks camping. Met them at Quartzite a couple of years ago and they are way off the grid.

I have the DVD - Ken Kesey - Rubber Tramps Documentary. Different but the same and real mutated mutants.

You can eat mine if there are oysters available in CL. I'm pretty good at shucking the little rascals but I'm not able to get them to go down.
