And prunes why ya can't be serious those things taste nasty .... And applesauce is good but why eat applesauce if your teeth are good enough to eat apples ? Now now now we could race for birth certificates to see who's older ...... LoL ...... Oh wait I'd have to let ya win.

Cheers !!!!

Change

Change comes in many forms. For some, good health and bodily strength allows them to challenge themselves with activities that they enjoyed in their 20's to 50's well into their golden years. They just add moderation to their activities. We all applaud them for their continued vim and vigor.

For others, the grim reaper choses to take them long before they're ready after several years of unwanted physical challenges. Motoring and monitoring the best they can to continue enjoying their chosen activities.

The journey is not measured by the speed, vigor, or animated nature of one's private journey, but by the determination to continue the journey as long as possible and with the one's they love. Hail to the strugglers who insist on continuing the journey. Hail to the vigorous who encourage them to do just that. Our mutantdom is the perfect place for all types of of mutants.

We all know the fun that bantering and chattering can be. Just remember to include the infirm and those that are struggling physically. Don't let it ever be said that mutantdom is only for those that cruised into the golden years with their health in tact. Just a humble reminder. I am blessed to know such a all-including group of people.

Oh now if bingo was played that way I bet I'd like it a whole lot more .....

I've tried bingo several times and it always seems I get the markers with no juice left in them.... maybe that's why I so seldom won a BINGO !!!!

LOL

Ok, so is my Jeep Envy showing through?
For the records I like prunes and applesause! Still avoid the old folks home although I do visit some shutins routinely. Now the birth certificate I'll produce when I decide to run for office. But if you want some form of competition I'll line up at the Buffett with you anytime.

Nicely said Papaw Steve... It is why we personally are on the rainbow.

Larry had a massive heart attack and 5 bypasses 6 months before we met. He had just retired from the USArmy.
the month before we were getting married he had a gall stone lodge in his pancreatic duct. The doctor told me me he might not make it, after a 22 day stay, he came home, we got married, and he went back in for surgery two months later... Five years after that he had another heart attack and had stents put in, then later had the ICD (Internal cardiac defibrilator). That was 8 years ago. He takes naps, high altitudes cause him the have trouble breathing, as do air planes. The ICD battery is running down, it has to be replaced, but they will not replace it until it beeps, and then within a week..... But we got our rv 5 years ago and are seeing what we can....
We might not make it to Utah, or Idaho, even though I really really would like to,
but we will do as much as we can, and try to meet up with as many if you as we can....

Do not take your health for granted.... Enjoy your BINGO, watercolors, movies, restaurants, jeep trails, and family....
As Steve said, we banter, but I care very much about almost all of you...... SMILE......

Now.... While I will not be wearing a grass skirt, i will be brightly flowered..... And I am excited about the gathering.

Weather here today cold 37
Tomorrow 62 degrees high
Wednesday snow and ice, low of 18 that night.....

Diane toftSFM#64....... (The Original Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant) and is retired, duh!
