Hope Y'all have safe travels to the cg. And remember I'm only a phone call away if help fixing some thing is needed. I will be missing this one but I'll be there in spirit. And tell Annie not to work so hard this time.

Getting close though, getting close - well close to GC that is.

Then the kimonos and finally, my jeans and flip flops. Lord, I hope I don't forget Kate.

We'll arrive for the prom ... er ... the Grand Curiosity ... sometime late Thursday afternoon. Dave, should we bring 3D glasses to the opening of the kimono? Or blindfolds?

What mysteries will be revealed at this GC?

Will the identity of the Great and Powerful Oz be revealed?
Will Tim be up all night building little fences around our coaches?
Will Sue quilt a cocoon around herself?
Will Kate and Sarah insist that Sue quilt cocoons for them?
Will Steve have strange, wooden horn implants in his forehead?
Will Di paint herself into a corner?
Will Barb be monkeying around all week?
Will Dave tow a broadcasting van so he can put us to sleep with the sounds of Led Zeppelin and The Stones?
Will Marty make us all eat a lamb chop? ... and Charlie Horse and Hush Puppy?
Oh, the humanity! :-0
Mel, three words for the opening of the kimono: Eyes Wide Shut!

Thank you, Earlene.

And thank you, Wayne, for test driving Bow and checking her out for us. We've had a couple of things done. (I'll show you when we're at CL.) And there are several more things we want to have done.
We're very happy with our coach thus far. She's an older gal, but still has a lot of get-up-and-go, a lot of miles yet to give us.
Quoting both of you, but Steve, remind me to tell you about the bribe the seller gav....er...offered me to be sure they bought it.

Off to the Vet for my annual shots......er Miya's annual shots. Darn typing.

Looks like we may have to hold a good weather ritual when we all get to CL. Somebody HELP! We don't need any of that nasty weather. All of you with a S&B -- make sure you leave your tornado magnet at home!

My father's siblings always went camping for Memorial weekend in their campers... it was sort of like a family reunion... well, when the boys were little, gpa and gma asked us if we were coming ,so, we bought a cabin tent to go... that plus my little green and yellow 2 man tent I had, and so we went... Every time we went camping on Memorial weekend... it either tornadoed on us or straight line winds happened... Thus... Bob decided camping was wet and windy and not much fun... I 'made' him go for the boys... but only for a few years until the tent no longer was in good enough shape to go...there weren't enough s'mores to make it worth his while. Funny, the little 2 man tent held up much better and kept the 2 boys in it warm and dry while the cabin tent would suck up and loosen the poles and come crashing down on us in the middle of the night and we would have to flee in the car to his mom's house...about 8 miles away from where we camped. The boys in the little tent always looked so surprised when we would rouse them up and say... our tent crashed, we are all going to grandma's until morning when we can come back and dry things out....Poor fellas... then they had to come out and get drenched in pouring rain because mama hen couldn't leave her little ones behind alone....
