You and all mutants that couldn't make it are missed greatly. However - we will bravely carry on without you. And there is always next time.

This is a beautiful place. If you're in the area - Catherine's Landing is highly recommended.:thumbup:

No problem, but I'm going to leave the horns to Tim. I'd like to see him sit on his fence and drink a cup of coffee.

Mutanthood... the return to blissful childhood dreams, with the added benefit of an adult beverage or 2!

Everything was my idea. Earlene had nothing to do with it other than to take me shopping. The Tutu was an adult TuTu and no I did not have to modify it to fit. The unicorn horn consisted of a "My Little Pony" headband. I constructed the horn first with stock cardboard print paper and then a felt wrap topped of with a rainbow braid. All of it was super glued. It worked out well. The T-Shirt was just a standard white T-shirt and I made a transparency iron-on from the picture post on on this thread identifying where rainbows come from.

Oh! on edit: I had a "fart machine" on the back of my belt, so I asked each one I went to if they wanted a rainbow. In good Mutant form i'd push the button and a fart was produced. I mean, after all, I was performing as a Mutant Unicorn.

I had one beer much earlier in the day but I did this sober.

Below is a re-post of Steve's picture, just lightened up a little.

Oh, and Earlene hates it when long socks are worn with shorts so I did it on purpose. Hee hee.

Good piceture Steve, thanks. I'm sure my grand-kids are going to love it. Martin said that he already submitted it to the servers "across the pond."

You look great!

High fives and kudos to Wayne for the originallity of his costume and his presentation!!

Well if'n Tim were to sit on his fence drinkin' his coffee at least he'd stay awake...rather than dozin' off like in his deer stand.

Glad to see you Muties are havin' a great time....wish I was there. Maybe Bryce.

Mutate on!!

We're still shy 3 expected Muteys here at CL. Carl, Mel and Kate where are you? What's your ETA? The sun is shining a there's a light breeze. It could only be more perfect here if there were more RVMs here. The smell of Steve cooking maple flavored bacon made this morning especially on-nom.

Remember last year when Don and Colleen served garlic sausage from the butcher shop in Hays? Well I begged them to bring me five pounds... it is great stuff!

Seems another mutant has a theme song.

Wayne you've been outdone by Tim.

See TOT for reasoning.

Herb.... we will do our best not to let you and Barb down.

Nap time - the Kimono opening ceremony is only 4 hours and 15 minutes away - but who's counting!
