Marty - those gas generators usually do not come with a fuel shut off. So when you turn them off, they don't burn all the fuel out of the carburetor cup. It sits there and when it dries it glazes the carb. If you cut the fuel line and add a petcock, you can turn the fuel off and it will burn out what's in the cup. Onan makes a carb spray that you can use to ungunk them. I did that to my micro lite Onan. End of problems...

See above, you will realy like the Left coast, but just for the weather. Regular gasoline is running over $4 a gallon in places. Bought some on-base for $3.43. Bring you heavy wallet.

I don't think I would ever buy new again. I'd let someone else work out all the "new" bugs. Just remember that the initial payment and paper work hurts the most.

R U an RV Mutant too?

The only unit left after our weekend of looking at 2015s is the Fleetwood Expedition 38k. 39' bath and a half. Why two people need two toilets is beyond me, but the wifey insists it is a necessity.

We will continue shopping, but we did put in a really low ball offer on the above unit at a dealership in Ohio. I seriously doubt they'll accept, but what the heck, it doesn't hurt to try.

We also had our regular dealer call on a three year old Fleetwood they took in on trade yesterday. Not my favorite floor plan, but worth considering.

Then again, we may wait for the winter shows.

The pondering continues...
