We leave here around labor day, shooting for AZ around first week in October. Where in area not sure, but have a DR Appt 10/21 in Tucson. I'm sure we will be in Tucson from 10/15 to 11/15. After that Scottsdale till 11/29

It's sad that your gift got messed up, PD is so terrific! But hopefully the problem is cheap to fix and there is one less challenge that will crop up when you and Kate ride the Rainbow fulltime.
