Well, that's a fine howdy do! Invalid links to the pics! They were fine 20 min. ago. 😡 Hoping an admin will help. 😳

Next installment: Trying again on our private entrance ---

One of the several clematis varieties in the garden:

And these must be a funky version of the Shasta daisy:

I've forgotten what these are, and it's too bad the sun washed out the color, but I like them:

That's our rainbow for the moment. Hate to miss all the excitement stateside, but ya know .... 😉 Cheers!

Well - my experience tells me - if you get out and use it, you'll forget about the expense! The use and lifestyle is the saving grace. If it just sits after the expense it kind of eats at ya.

At least you're bed isn't on fire...

Let us know the resolution... loose ground - can't imagine... but I don't know the fault codes from memory - and hope I never do.... lol.

Back bacon, British bangers and eggs. What more could an ex-pat want. Well, there is an old pub down the road.

Sue just spotted a John Deere tractor in a field above us so we can't be far from home.
Hey, where's the streaky?

Timster if your going to the peak then have lunch at the restaurant cause the food is pretty good!

Stevo I'm tryin to get all this equipment changeover done so we can make it to Bryce but next week will tell if we will make it or not. I have to be in Seattle at Costco headquarters after Salt Lake so if we can squeeze in enough time to go south to Bryce then back North to Seattle we will but can't say yet!

Wayne maybe we can cross paths somewhere cause we are eventually heading south all the way to Sacramento. Will probably be there a week to ten days.

We need to stay in contact. We're heading that way. Petaluma 12-15th, which is 82 mile riding distance to Sacramento. Might be able to meet in the Napa valley and imbibe a little.

Just as soon as they say they are paying for the transportation. Once there I can get them into, say, Northumberland for $1000 a week, $800 in some places. If'n they want to wait until October I can get a week stay at Watton, Thetford, Norfolk for $350 a week. The Southern parts of England are about $800 more expensive a week. Hey, Steve, you can get the same deals. Maybe Martin and Sue will pay for the four of us to go with them.

^^ Wayne - my problem is the air time. I got fidgety between Dallas and Philly and Dallas and Vegas... I'm just not that comfortable in a flying box. Like my rolling box much better. But hey - anything is possible - except Sue and Martin footing the bill lol.

So, how is everyone spending their summer.

Here we are:

Picture of the beaches, (Sorry about rotation - Earlene took the picture) picture of surfers, Picture of Mailbu sign and parking (read below), and another beach with people.

(This is below) Funny thing is that near us is a place called Fisherman's Wharf. It's mainly a marina with a couple stores. There is one parking lot that has white line identified parking spaces for RV's. There are no hook-ups, just the asphalt parking lot identified for overnight parking. All one has to do is pay $40 a night. Well, there are Wal-Mart stores nearby so Earlene would not have to rough it.

She was obviously laying down enjoying the beach when she took the picture. No need to be sorry she knows how to enjoy herself.

Truer words were never spoken. We've just spent a truckload on Bow and haven't even bought the stuff to hook up Arrow yet. So, we are taking Bow out two weekends this month. It'll make us feel better. 😉

Well, consider the investment on a base plate and tow bar a long term one, as long as you don't buy another car. Tow bars connect to any MH. Just get all your million$$ out of the bank and get-er-done. The "Lime" will like you for it.
