Here is Oak Forest RV Park and when we stayed there it was a Passport America park.
The other one is Lone Star Carefree RV Resort and at the time it was a Passport America park. Both are nice. |
Thanks Wayne - trying to get into Oak Forest RV as it is 10 minutes away from where they need to go for the race. I will go shopping or relax at the RV while they are gone.

Went blackberry picking tonight...Paul (son #3) snapped a picture of sweaty mom picking...told me to smile after the first one he took looked like I was grouchy...well...porkels tend to make one a bit grouchy!

I should mention that RVM8 - Shadowcatcher (whom I believe is still out here on the forum) has a wealth of knowledge on Teardrops and was very involved in following that itch. Have not heard from em here in a good while. Maybe they'll show up now that we've got another teardrop on board. We've seen some sweet ones, but a little too small for us.
And that all reminds me of how our gatherings become known as curiosities... at least in therory... we have - no brand, make, class, type, fuel, age or rainbow rider qualifications of any kind. Heck. We have some join us with no rider at all!
So when we get together - a bystander passing by would ask - who's that curious looking crew of A-Z Rvers over there? Why sir, that there's a curiosity of RV Mutants. Sure is.
