Here ya go, y'all. What a day! We took a 4-hr tour, saving us driving, parking, fees, and stress. Well worth it to us.
I'd go back, but slow down a lot and savor the experience. I'm rerunning mental film in slo-mo now.

We had the perfect morning for rainbows, double ones even.

Looks like Mutants in the Northeast of the continent are having a good time.
What is everyone else doing? Di is moseying up the Mississippi... I'm getting ready to head to Branson tomorrow sans Miss Honey or Bess...but with my honey to celebrate our 37th anniversary. Gonna see a show. Still no generator, so no MOHO travel unless it is within a half-1 hour time frame. Gets too hot in there otherwise. Maybe we will camp again Labor day weekend, close to home.

Have a great time ... and congratulations! Sorry about the generator, though.

More Mutants-in-the-NE funny business: a visit to the Herschel Carousel museum near Niagara Falls. And for Possum, a steam train.

Happy Anniversary. Jim John and I worked all day yesterday repairing John's generator in his motorhome. Just ordered a new circuit board for it for him outta Indiana.
Hate it when you accidentally let the smoke out of an electronic thingy.

That's cool and thank you. When I lived on Lawrence Avenue in the Canadian Niagara Falls we would go to the park above the horseshoe falls and play on the trains that ran there. Chippewa Park I believe it was called, but that was over 50 years ago so the name may be wrong. There is one privately running in Fredonia New York. Beautiful system the gentleman has there.
