Aren't they the 3rd? 'Cause I know we were the first to enjoy your hospitality. Not that I'm jealous or anything. So glad y'all had a good time.
Great to hear from you again, Don and Sandee!

LOL, I guess that'd work - set your phone orientation to fixed and then just turn it
I was speaking of WHEN the picture is taken. Although I haven't tried flipping mine around to see if the result is any different, so it's just a guess on my part that'd fix it.
Didn't Wayne post a link to a site that recommended how to use the fruit phone when picture taking?

Okay, here is one link that describes the upside down photos.
CNET Upside Down photos
Earlene's iPhone also does the up-side-down photos but she has the 5s if that makes any difference - I don't think so.
I personally use the "Go Advanced" on this forum and add the photos then use the "Preview Post." If the pictures are orientated wrong I remove them from the post and then open them with the MAC Application "Preview" then just save them. That corrects the orientation.
On a Windows machine just open them with "Paint" and change the orientation then save them. If it comes up with the correct orientation in "Paint" then just save the file, then upload to forum.
Convoluted to say the least, but it works
Taking pictures, two things only to remember.
1. Potrait picture taking the home button is down
2. Landscape picture taking the volume buttons are down home button to the left.
I rest my case until someone says it is not so.
Someone please try it and then let us know.

I have no idea why mine are always oriented correct....
I never have to change them....
Using my iphone to take photos, i keep the home button to the right, or the bottom.... It just works.

Quick check-in from #36. We finally made it to the upper reaches of the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick...and missed seeing the bore. We had high tide correct, but didn't realize that the spectacular wall of water I wanted to see comes in 2 hours ahead of that. 😢 Aaarghhh! Waaaah! <lying on floor kicking my feet>
So much for that bucket list item. Close.
Until we leave the border area tomorrow we'll be offline again. This is just a dinnerstop's wifi.
Cheers, all!

I'll try turning the phone and see if that makes any difference.
Took the rig into the Ford dealer this morning for the front end and an oil change. To start with, they broke the door handle. Had to get Thor on the line and they talked them through getting the door open. Thor then sent a tech with a new latch and installed it. They got the oil changed and inspected everything they could think of underneath the coach. Found a frozen end on one of the linkages, not sure which one. The replacement won't be in until Thursday, so now killing time until Friday morning. Once this part is replaced, then they will drive to see if fixed, or if the hunt continues. So, we are now sitting in Shipshewana, all the Amish stuff you ever wanted to see. May try the flea market tomorrow.

Early signs of Lobstah deprivation! Could be serious!
Only 6 1/2 hours from two of the grandkids, and people are starting to sound normal again! What a trip!
