We will be heading to Virginia soon and sadly, it's not going to work out with Elizabeth and Mary's schedule for us to get together for a mini. Some people still have to go to wor....whrr....wurrr ...Just can bring myself to say that 4 letter word. 😏
The place they will be camping over a weekend doesn't have any elec/water sites available to reserve and we didn't want to take our chances on a fcfs site that may or may not have hookups. So, we will plan better for 2018, when we are back in the area.
In the mean time, anyone up for a mini or midi in North Carolina in Mid to late October?

Good morning mutants near and not so much. Bonita will get a much needed bath today at 11. That has us sitting at home for much of the day which is just fine. It's beginning to look and feel like fall here in Santa Fe. The park was completely booked last night but a gaggle of Foretravel coaches will be leaving today. We're in one of the back in sites on the first street in the park. It's a little tight but still a nice park and we were lucky to get in at all. It's amazing how many RV their way toward the Ballon Festival in Albuquerque ahead of schedule. It's still 10 days away and from Pueblo to Raton and all points south to Abq the parks are very busy.
When I lived in Abq in the late 70's balloons would land on the street in front of my house and just about everywhere you can imagine. It is something to see for sure. Don't think I will do it again but if you haven't seen it, I recommend it.
Oh - did I mention - our old stomping ground of Plano Texas is having their ballon festival this week! It's smaller but still a great event. If you're out that way -

Thank you all... Unbelievable...and this judge has never done it before, but he is out on a probation like deal until his trial is concluded unless he violates terms.

Thanks for the update Marty! We were all worried about you and your son. Hopefully this will all be over soon, but I agree that he needs to be on his very best behavior until it is.

Ohms to your family Marty. Best results possible are being prayed for.
Cataract surgery on second eye done today. All seems to be going well tonight. Healing process is up to 3 months. Corrective lens are a question mark yet since healing time is so long. MY HOPE IS that vision will be more than adequate to drive the MH between now and ???date of healing. Copilot Mary Ann could be called upon for Texas trip in late October. Time will tell.
BTW, ordered some black tank treatment on line after using some of it in Arizona and following months. Its name is Tank Tech RX. Uses enzymes to clean the tank. When you know that there's a long period of time between dumps, fill your black tank and add 2 Tablespoons of the stuff. Cleans tanks level sensors like a charm + eliminates odors. Pricey but use just a little each application. Available on line.
