Mac and Boko are excited as well (ok, I may have a little to do with that ).
Carl I see you solved the problem of opening doors while travaling! No doors, no problem!

I'm impressed, all this improvements and no mention of duct tape!

Di I've lost track of y'all so I don't know if your home yet but this morning a friend of mine sent a pic from his house in Harrison of a heavy frost on his yard! Finally cool weather!

Hey, who is coming to our area this Winter to visit/stay?
Sushi, oh yeah! And we are thinking of a visit again. Forewarned is ... you know!

Prob'ly won't return to the same park, though. Martin thinks we may have blotted our copybook there. 😲😞

Cheers!

Oh how I miss campfires! Real ones, especially. But any fire is better than none.

And btw, we are back the US side of the pond.

Sounds like something I'd do if my rig was any bigger. --it happens to us all in one way or another.

Yes, yes, please come back. The other campgrounds need some pedestals fixed

There are two campgrounds right next door to each other that are new, or have new sections. Galveston Bay RV Resort & Marina has been in place for years but they have a brand new section. The CG is on Dickenson Bayou as is Marquee on the Bay RV Resort. They are both around 8 miles from our house. You don't get the ocean view like Sandpiper in Galveston but there is a water view. If I were a traveler through out area I would consider these two parks as a place to stay.

There is another new one in League City, TX, called Willow Lake RV Resort. Depending on site it may be a little nosier than the other two above. The above ones should be real quiet due to location.

There are many others around and when you get serious and decide where you want to stay I will definitely check out the CG's in the area.

Really hope y'all come back, and anyone else wishing to come visit are more than welcome.

The new unit has a mode to do extra cooling so I figured I'd kick that in and the heck with things falling out, the whole front will be done with duct tape before I leave!!!

Kind of reminds me of a roof cleaning operation I once saw! Now if only I could remember who that couple was.

Not really, since I got the power splitter she actually enjoys working it. Now the cutting is a different story!
