Thanks for the tip. They are always welcome. We still have one deer, maybe two if our friend gets his, to cut up. We do the steaks at the time they are cut up and freeze the meat for burger until after our elk season is done. Then it is an all day project.

Oh, maaaan! It's been a long slog for you! I'm so glad you're progressing well, but I imagine it can't move along fast enough for you.

I'm on soft foods, lukewarm & non-spicy/acidic foods & bevvies. That isn't too bad. Tamales are mild, yes? Sushi would be soft, if I had access. Ooh, now I've gone & made myself hungry. Dagnabit!
