Good morning Muteys! The sun is warm and bright this morning here in central Aridzona. It's moving day for us. We have been here in the treeless forest for 14 days and the rules say it's time to move at least 25 miles. We are taking Smarty on a scouting mission to find a new spot.

Don't come visit today, streets are flooded. Supposed to have 6 inches of rain today.

Unfortunately, Mel and Kate are supposed to come over tomorrow. They are at the Galveston State Park. We were going to go visit them after the got in and set up but wouldn't you know that they delayed their arrival. I just happened that we got their first and had to wait for them. I know she did it on purpose so we could help her set up.

Fist was unhook the car and it is the fastest she has ever had it down with two of us working. Then she backed in like a pro and with a pro ground guide, sort of like a seeing-eye dog. I hooked up the electricity and one end of the water hose and Mel did the other end. All she had to do after that was go in and push buttons. Easy peachy Beachy.

I'll be curios to know where you land next. I'm guessing you've been at that great boondocking spot outside Cottonwood.

Sir Wayne, your grace and chivalry are only exceeded by your intelligence.

Great seeing you and Earlene! Wish we would've picked a better (DRIER) weekend to come down. But we will no doubt see you again before we leave the state.

We just got relocated to the Coconino National Forest just off 89A between Cottonwood and Sedona. There was a ranger when we first pulled in entering license plate numbers into her computer. They are now strictly enforcing the 14 day stay limit in any 30 day period. That means we'd have to find someplace to hang out for 2 nights before we could go back to any dry camping spot in the Prescott NF.

I think we'll head to Yuma in 2 weeks. I want to switch Sena to Lantus insulin and I can afford the price it sells for in Mexico. In the US it is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Last Spring we stayed on BLM land north of Yuma. There was no one enforcing any limits then.

DaveandCarol... If you would have been going North to StL, we could have helped out with the tools.

We arrived to Yuma a couple days ago. Staying at the Palms RV Resort off of Ave 7 E. The wind for that last couple days has been very strong. I hope that changes. LOL

I now plan to do both, one on the way there and one on the way home.
We have done the one in Sumpter. They also have a gold mining dredge you can tour. Dale's brother was doing workcamping there a couple years ago and we went over and got the grand personal tour.
