Just pity some elderly that have to eat that cause the cant afford decent food..

Was Sena laughing when you ate it??

My friends back in Omaha & D.C. laughing at our 1 - 2" affect. We just dont have the equipment NOR driving experience to handle this...

Don't say it ends in y cause that isn't working...
I took a one year sabbatical a few years back. At the end of that year, I still couldn't believe how busy my days were and the realization that how the heck did I get anything done while doing the dirty deed before? Well, went back to w**k and all that other stuff just gets backed up from getting done and I guess you're lucky now, you can address all those things without interruption!

Well it's stopped snowing for now, second round on its way. TV station set up at major interchange and it's almost empty!

It's always amazed me how people can't get to work or school but can make it to WalMart to wander around or to RedBox or fill the restaurants. That is of course unless they w^*k at one of those places.

Do you want to build a snowman?
Come on lets go and play
I never see you anymore
Come out the door
It's like you've gone away...

I have no idea what the numbers mean but that is GREAT news about Larry's progress. We hope that the number gets moving upward to the very normal range very soon.

Here's a suggestion to all of my mutant family. Tests that detect life threatening conditions are becoming quite affordable. Love yourself and get the scans that can detect these conditions. You're worth the investment. Sometimes you don't get the "scare". You get the death sentence on the first go around. My oldest brother was a "healthy" 73 year old. When he had his first health issue, they say that he was probably dead before he hit the ground. Just sayin.

YES, well said!!

Also very glad to hear Larry is doin' better...

In my case, last year I took this screen offered & got good results:

Keep the Beat Screening $99.95 includes:
HeartSaver CT scan: CT scan of the heart to assess hard calcium deposits.
Laboratory Blood tests:
Lipid Panel: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides
Hemoglobin A1C: Diabetic Screening
Resting Electrocardiogram (ECG)
Carotid Artery Screening
Peripheral Vascular Screening
Blood Pressure Evaluation
Risk Evaluation: Assess risk factors and the risk of heart disease over the next ten years
Body Composition: Body Mass Index (BMI) and measure of body fat percentage
Nutrition Counseling

Done at AR Heart Hospital... PAINLESS & well worth for peace of mind...

PapaSteve, y'all are in warm weather now, correct?

It's hard to keep track of everyone with my senior moments getting longer. Hi MaryAnn!

Rode my bicycle the other day over to their place (it's around a mile or two from where I stay). It's warmer there than where I'm at right now, sitting at the S&B with white stuff covering everything around here
