You can tell Larry it was my idea, if it will help!
Thanks for better news Di. Hugs!

Di, sigh of relief here. Tuneups are better than major surgery, imho. I hope y'all agree! And btw, Larry really would not like sitting up before 9pm probably. Some nurse's aide set me up before time once. I've never had such a splitting headache, ever, before or since.

And if it helps, I will gladly admit it is always my idea...
So, Richard now forever to be known as "BINGO"

Strange how we all have a nickname...
I forget what we call Tim... lol
Anyway, continued Ohhmmmss for Larry & I hope you are being well taken care of Di... You dont want to get down....

Di,
Please remember to take care of yourself, or better yet, let someone pamper you for a bit. I hope you're at least getting some sleep. Take this chance to eat all the foods that Larry can't or won't eat. Ol' Grumpy is being well taken care of by the nurses.

Yes, I knew that. It's just that surgery carries its own risks, & that was my concern.
The ommms generator continues on full. We love you both.

Well, I've got some news on the lighter side. Dale & I submitted one of those dna test and got ours back this month. It confirmed what I have always said, that I'm a heinz 57. I was surprised at what is the most though. Anyways, a little history. My dad was raised by relatives on his dad's side as his dad was killed and his mom died of TB before he was a year old. He has never known anything about his mom except her name or any of that side of the family. He has never seen a picture of his mom. Well...A lady contacted me through the site and said she has info on all his mom's family as well as pictures of his mom. I sent her my email tonight so by tomorrow, hopefully, my almost 93 year old dad will see a picture of his mom for the first time. I also found out she was raised in Pope Co AR possibly near Russellvile. It looks like I might have some good ole' Arkie blood. Lol.

Wow, that's really neat. My sister did that for my Mom (who was adopted) and she found her 1/2 sister that lives down in NJ. Her 1/2 sister comes by every month or so traveling to MA and stops by to meet with my Mom. It's amazing all the connections made like that. Yours is really interesting and would love to see reactions from your dad. That's amazing.

Deb,
Could you video this, with Garland's permission, of course? I'd love to see his reaction. Are you planning to go meet some of your Arkie kinfolk?
