Have you seen those poor mangy dogs they show you on TV to separate you from your money?
After selling the B&S
We bought her, took her home, washed her, ripped carpets, remove bedding, furniture, washed the walls repaired a couple leaks, sealed roof,
changed fluids, bypassed heater, (I think you get the picture) None of the new units have what I had. Does that qualify?
I dont have a fancy water heating system, but I heat water the old fashioned way (Atwood propane heater) repaired it for less than $20.00 and now it works great.
I don't have fancy induction cook top, DW has to crank that little knob on the left while she turns the gas knob on and do it quick or you will burn your eyebrows if not.
I truly believe that "the journey is the destination". And you better have some tools and a towing policy or a healthy bank account because paying for repairs on a MH while you are on this journey is not going to be cheap.
I have enjoyed the pics, and have identified some of you.
Have prayed for Larry who I thought was and old gizzard but after seeing his picture on the blog surely he can stand to hang amongst the living for a while longer. After all is that not what we are praying for?
Well, my my my! I do believe you qualify ... in spades! I'm not official, but surely #1 or #2 will be along after their desperately needed beauty sleep to award you your highly coveted number & the keys to RVMdom.

Let me be the first to welcome you to ... bwah-ha-ha ... the madness! Tell us more about yourselves & that lucky rig you've rescued & rejuvenated. Does she have a name yet? (The rig, that is. I'm sure DW already does.)

Cheers!
Sue aka Suspinz aka RVM #36 & proud of it too!

Di's blog was so encouraging for all of us.

Her use of blogspot reminded me of our 2013 trip from home in central Indiana to Alaska. Once you're at the blog you need to work thru it BACKWARDS to put it in chronological order. LOTS of pictures and some commentary. We were on the road for 10 1/2 weeks. LOVED IT and would recommend it to all of my fellow mutants. Indiana to Alaska and Back - 2013

Yes, welcome to Tony and Joyce. Please be aware that I am the sane, affectionate, good looking one of this group. Pay no attention to what these other rascals may say about me. To know me is to love me.

BTW, when you get the invite to the other means of communications, be sure to ask me for my theme song. Everyone loves it, and of course me.

Okay, some more pictures of last evenings party:
(Please note that no one was punching anyone or slapping anyone, and some people just plain look stu.....err, wonderful)
I took a movie of the festivities but it came out blurry. That's what I get for not using the Fruit Phone.

Update. Carole and I just bought a new truck and trailer. Filing for SSI today and exit date is end of April. I have been managing this Park and Campground for twenty years. Our house in Big Bear Ca. is ready to move into. Just waiting for the snow to melt up there. Got stuck in my own driveway last week. Should have took the jeep.
Hello to all you Mutants.
Mark
