Stopped by to visit Bonita this morning. They've pulled the fridge and the driver and passenger seat, and pulled the hide-a-bed from the sofa. They're going to be able to tile under the seats which will be nice.

The opening for the fridge sure looks small... but my measurements and lots or stories suggest it's going to fit just fine. Nervous... there's another place in the floor where we ripped up some of the old vinyl to see the subfloor. Everything so far looks clean and in great condition.

We took Don and Sandees advice and will run carpet from behind the driver seat up to the wall of the half bath, and run tile from the front to the bedroom door.

For me, I think the better news is they're actually working on it

I'm pleased to hear of progress, Steve and Annie!
Pics after it's done will be nice to see.

Carl, Carl, Carl, they always work fast tearing things apart! The problems start when they start putting back! Note how they took out the drivers seat. Now they know no one is going to drive it off!

Yep Steve and Annie just retired from the rainbow.

This post was for humor purposes and in know way describes how RV service actually occurs!

Well no doubt we'll be in the park model a 3rd week. The tile has to go in before the carpet, and it won't be there until next Friday. The carpet should be there Tuesday or Wednesday.

I imagine they'll get the old flooring out by Wednesday and the toilets out by Thursday - and hopefully in that time - upholstery will be pretty well complete and the fridge in and framed.

The half bath came with a funky plastic surround / "riser" and we're having a wood framed and tiled "riser" built. The backslash will probably go in before the flooring.

So yeah - it will take 3 weeks to complete but part of the delay was my ordering the tile online. Slow process. I let them order the carpet because it's in California and they'll ship it directly to him. Flooring is a strange business.

Anyway - things are moving along so I can't complain.

Geez Dave! You know how much Steve hates to post pictures. I'm not sure he even has a camera. ;-)

You're partly right Tim. But there were 3 new coaches there today that weren't there Tuesday. So they're taking them in and turning them out. They don't have the room to keep em around too long.

I have the shops permission to have the Auto Glass Boss pull, clean, reseal and reinstall our dual pane windows on site. Just need to make the appointment.

I've got one glass that needs to be cleaned and reseated. There is a place here in AR that I've read good reviews on, just not enough days in the week!

Yep X 2...
Heard about them too. And one or two in Florida. They were at the FMCA Rally Sue and Martin attended and have been very busy as folks head north.

Funny thing is, I'd never go to one of those. Too many bikes!
